How do I book a ride?
Open the PazeX app, type in your destination, choose your ride type, and confirm. A nearby driver will be matched with you in seconds.
How do I pay for my ride?
You can pay with cash, debit or credit card, bank transfer, or your in-app wallet. Choose your preferred method before confirming your ride.
How do I get a receipt?
After every trip, a receipt is sent to your registered email address. You can also view your trip history and download receipts from the app.
How do I cancel a ride?
You can cancel a ride from the app before your driver arrives. Please note that cancellation fees may apply depending on how close your driver is.
How do I change my pickup location?
Before confirming your ride, you can adjust your pickup pin on the map. Make sure you are standing at the correct location so your driver can find you easily.
How do I apply a promo code?
Open the app, go to the payment section, and enter your promo code. The discount will be applied to your next ride automatically.
How do I report a problem with my trip?
Go to your trip history in the app, select the trip, and tap “Report an Issue.” Our team will review your report and get back to you as soon as possible.
How do I delete my account?
Go to your profile settings in the app and select “Delete Account.” If you need help, contact our support team.
